Amanda Dahler

Audience experience architect + communication expert specializing in enticing, exciting and engaging your audience.

I use brand, experience and visual design to create awesome audience content for transformative coaches, consultants, and leaders.

We amplify the power of your work, increase your credibility, give your audience an unforgettable experience, and grow your business.

Prior to going out on my own in 2015, I worked in the corporate world of high-stakes pitching.

I worked directly with c-suite leaders to craft the messaging needed to connect with and convert high-value prospects into clients.

Naturally outspoken, in the boardroom as a 20-something woman in a male-dominated industry, I had little choice but to listen, distill and amplify their ideas to do my job. Doing this well meant earning some space to shape the conversation.

My role was to transform bland communications into strategic tools to create culture change, launch products and services, and bring people together.

In my relentless drive to complete and improve the work, I found both my voice and my passion in maximizing these unique storytelling opportunities for impact.

But sometimes the space we’re given isn’t enough. Which is when I went out on my own….

How it started

I believe everything is connected.

I’ve now been a full-time, independent brand & marketing strategist specializing in presentations and other long forms of visual communication since 2015, but I’ve been obsessed with the art of visual storytelling since childhood.

A voracious reader, creative multipotentialite, with an IQ of 134, and undiagnosed ADHD until adulthood, I survived the system (school, university and graduate school) by re-teaching what I'd learned to myself in order to comprehend it.

This made me exceptionally skilled at finding patterns and connections to deeper meaning, a skill my friends and clients appreciate alike!

My storytelling superpowers:

Meaning-making machine

I will find the common thread and deeper meaning in your seemingly unrelated stories. I aim to point out connections you may have never seen before.

Language of learning

I make "expert" language accessible to a mass audience through relatable and digestible sound bites and edge-of-your-seat storytelling techniques.

Slides that speak for themselves

I design high-impact visuals to drive audience understanding, imbibing and actioning of your key concepts. This builds trust and effectiveness.

Branded for high achievers

I help create premium brands for my clients’ courses and programs that implement cohesively across your presentation/webinar decks, workbooks, website, emails and other materials

Structured for action

I drive the possibility to attract, nurture and convert new audiences in one sitting through the way we structure your presentation. Instead of expecting months on your mailing list or your latest book to do the work.

Systems for efficiency

I help my clients implement easy-to-maintain content management systems to keep your materials consistent and easy to use when creating new content.

Still want to know more?

I’ve been in your shoes—well, sort of.

When I was 18, I spoke in front of my largest crowd—2,000 people—but by that point in my life, I was regularly speaking in front of crowds of hundreds of peers and adults.

I spent summers at student leadership camp (as an attendee and, later, counselor) and free time imbibing every story I could. At night, I invented characters I felt were missing from the world I lived in. Which is how I found myself giving our high school graduation keynote address...

“I stand before you tonight in my bare feet...”

As someone who loves shoes, it was a big moment. It was also a metaphor.

Going through life barefoot means being open to experience, putting curiosity before fear, and leaning into connection even where it hurts or we don’t understand.

Being barefoot has never been more important to the future sustainability of our world than right now.

Wondering where I’ve been your whole life?

Me too, and I can’t wait to meet you!

The first step is always an Outspoke Roadmap.
